This course develops skills and capacities associated with being a successful startup founder. Students will learn how to assess, select, and file for appropriate organizational legal structure along with filing for business licenses. The course will cover the process and best practices of business planning including mission/vision documents, culture, goals, and strategic planning. Students will take these and use them to write a strategic business plan ready to present to stakeholders and venture capital sources.
